You’re probably thinking I’ve forgotten all
about you by now, but that’s far from it. I have missed you ever waking
day, and my heart still hurts, but I’m getting better. I continue to
smile and still go on without you. I know I have missed you, but I have
kept it all inside me, only for me to know. I still wonder about your
doings, how you are, what you’re doing, what we used to talk about, to
laugh in your voice. Just, everything. I miss it all. However, I feel
that the parting of us was for the best, because everything happens for a
reason. Should destiny put us into a crossing road in the future, that
is when I will see you again. Until then, remember this: no matter what,
even through the screaming fights, the disagreements, mistakes and the

Sweat It Out Playlist
Alright I do love running recently I dunno beside "Run for Love" it really fun to do some sweat eventhough I dont running fast but I enjoy every step along away
And it was sunday morning I actually made appointment with someone special but as usual we seldom met in sunday morning because he always running pretty fast, so I decided to running with my annoyingly lovable sister, we were not intend to do gymnastic as usual sunday routine since this month ...and when we were reverse direction my sister saw him and she was trying to call him(guy that I adore)

oh my god, such a shame... and he didn't stop, yeah he can't stop when he's running I understand that ..so I chased him and finally we met, such a beautiful day I guess ..

I know, it’s a bit strange to enjoy breathless agony. But the breathless agony leads to this high euphoric feeling when it’s over.
And start from today I decide to make some goal, from small step actually hahaha
I intend to running everyday before I start my day, I know I can do it "bismillaahi"
The most important thing to boost willingness to run, and make it enjoyable activity is
Blast some fast beats. Fast music = faster running. For me anyways! Oh and I totally need a new music mix...

15 Reasons to Use Apple Cider Vinegar Every Day
Apple cider vinegar is my new obsession. I recently began taking
apple cider vinegar shots 2-3 times a day for a quick and effective
energy burst. However, looking deeper into the product, I have
discovered so many other useful ways to incorporate apple cider vinegar
into a daily repertoire. It is effective for pretty much anything – your
skin, your hair, your house, and even your pets can benefit from its
qualities. Raw, organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, apple cider vinegar is so much more than a salad dressing!

Apple cider vinegar is a completely natural product. It is made from
apple juice and is fermented to hard apple cider. It is then fermented a
second time to apple cider vinegar. When using natural apple cider
vinegar, we instantly decrease the consumption of unnatural chemicals in
our homes and daily lives.
2. Apple cider
vinegar can be used as a rinse for your hair after shampooing, and will
aid in increased body and shine. I recommend recycling an old shampoo
bottle, then filling it with 1/2 a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and
a cup of cold water. Pour the solution through your hair after
shampooing several times a week for dramatic results.
3. Natural apple cider vinegar regulates the pH
of your skin. Dilute apple cider vinegar with two parts water, and
spread the concoction over your face with a cotton ball to replace your
current toner. You can do this at night after washing, and in the
morning before you apply your moisturizer. A dab of apple cider vinegar

For daily weight management, add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to

apple cider vinegar).
In a 2009 study published in Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry,

It can also be used in dishwashers as a substitute for dish detergent.
Mix 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1 cup water, and you can use
this solution to clean microwaves, kitchen surfaces, windows, glasses
and mirrors, too.
As you can see, apple cider vinegar is a miracle product that cab be used in a multitude of ways. I highly recommend its use!
